- Running manual lathes, Bridgeports, VTLs, grinders, and other precision machine tools.
- Reading blueprints and mechanical drawings to create high-quality finished parts.
- Developing setups, selecting tooling, and determining machining processes.
- Holding tight tolerances and ensuring exceptional quality.
- Troubleshooting machining challenges and finding creative solutions.
- Working closely with engineering and operations teams on custom projects.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- 2+ years of manual machining experience preferred.
- Strong experience with engine lathes, manual mills, and precision measuring tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of feeds, speeds, tooling, and materials.
- Strong math, geometry, and problem-solving abilities.
- CNC experience is a plus, but manual machining expertise is our priority.
- Pride in producing quality work and continuous improvement.
