About the Job You will provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. This is an exciting opportunity for a primary care career with a smaller panel, extended visit times, and no financial risk. Benefits of the Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care Model Enhanced Relationships: Patient panels are limited to 800‑1000 patients, with visits of 30‑60 minutes to allow quality care. Aligned Incentives: All care is included in the monthly membership fee paid by the employer, eliminating fee‑for‑service distortion. Focus on Preventive Care: Opportunities to proactively work with patients to prevent diseases and injuries. Flexible Practice Approach: An insurance‑free environment, reduced paperwork, and access through mobile phones and secure email. Improved Medical Model: Electronic medical records and population management tools support state‑of‑the‑art care. Collaborative Oversight: Physicians collaborate with at least two Advanced Practice Providers within the organization. Location This position is located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in either Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatric. Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; active state license required; DEA preferred. CPR/BLS certification required at start. Pay Range $172,000 - $210,000/yr for a schedule of 30 hrs a week. The actual offer may vary based on geographic location, years of experience, and/or skill level.
