Registered Nurse Circulator, Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) , $20,000 Sign-on Bonus

Job Summary The Registered Nurse provides general nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. This position provides, delegates, coordinates and evaluates patient care through the collaborative efforts of health care members and in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practice. Duties/Responsibilities Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care or service based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety and related criteria. Evaluates nursing care by reassessment of patient on a continual basis to determine if plan of care is adequate or requires change. Demonstrates effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Establishes realistic, measureable goals which are based on identified problems. Initiates and follows through with the appropriate nursing action to meet the identified care goals. Accepts and performs other duties as assigned. Education/Experience Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current licensure by State Board of Nursing. Qualified in CPR, ACLS, PALS preferred. Telemetry experience preferred. MUST HAVE CVOR EXPERIENCE. Customer Service/Teamwork Focus Cooperates well with other staff and management personnel. Must have flexibility in accepting varied hours and shifts according to the needs of the department. Balances the need to complete individual work with overall team, department, or hospital needs and goals. Demonstrates a commitment to meeting patients’ needs and expectations.
