Admin/Hr Support

HR Support person needed for a Defiance Manufacturer.   Knowledge of UKG is helpful.

Admin/Hr Support Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.00 to $23.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Enter and maintain employee information in UKG.
• Review and monitor employee timecards, attendance, and PTO requests.
• Generate reports for management as needed.
• Assist employees with UKG login, timekeeping, and self-service functions.
• Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure documentation compliance.
• Process employee paperwork, including applications, onboarding documents, status changes, and terminations.
• Assist employees with HR-related questions and direct them to appropriate resources.
• Monitor and maintain HR records while ensuring confidentiality.

Admin/Hr Support Qualifications:

• Previous administrative and/or human resources experience preferred.
• Experience using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
