Housing Stability Case Manager
Mid Michigan Community Action Agency
Mid Michigan Community Action Agency is seeking a dedicated individual to provide housing case management services to households at risk of homelessness. This role involves creating Housing Stability Plans, assisting participants with resource benefits, and conducting housing searches. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human services and experience working with homeless populations.
