1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime Available
$17/hr Temp → $19/hr Upon Hire + Excellent Benefits

About the Company
A well‐established aerospace manufacturer in Arlington is looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join their first‐shift team. You’ll help produce precision parts used in aircraft What You’ll Do
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Measure part depth using calipers
- Perform quality checks and maintain accuracy
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read and use calipers
- Machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast‐paced production environment
Pay & Schedule
- $17/hr during temp period
- $19/hr after hire + very good benefits
