Rice & Kendig, LLC is a well-established personal injury law firm serving clients throughout Louisiana. We are growing and seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals to join our Shreveport team. If youre organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving litigation environment we want you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of personal injury litigation discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals
Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial prep materials
Organize medical records and case files
Support attorneys in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and experts
Maintain accurate records in case management systems

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in a litigation paralegal role (PI preferred)
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Self-starter who can manage multiple cases independently
