We are currently looking for a Dispatcher to join our team serving the Southwest Georgia, Tallahassee, and surrounding areas. What We Offer: Competitive salary - $36,000 to $40,000annual salary plus monthly bonu s Medical, Dental & Vision 401k match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Christian based work environment Requirements: Task-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment High level of accuracy and efficiency Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Goal driven to meet daily performance commitments Willingness to constantly learn and grow Proficient in Microsoft Office HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: Dispatch HVAC Install teams Utilize a courteous and pleasant demeanor to ensure the customer is satisfied and that all needed information is received during the call Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue Help the field team by taking detailed notes for service calls and entering them into our system Get to know your technician’s, likes and dislikes, closing ratios, licenses, communication skills and more to help them be successful Answer customer questions Impact the company's bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into a repeat customer We are an equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Coopers Plumbing & Air
