Compensation and Bonus Structure Base salary ranges from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, with opportunities to earn additional compensation through performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership elements. BCBA’s become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped and based on impact. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn for supervising RBTs and guiding their Master’s in ABA pursuit. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance outcomes, transparency, equity, and quality. Clinical Guidance: Access to a Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring industry‑leading clinicians. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year, with funds for additional training and two paid days off for CEU events.
