The ideal candidate will have approximately 2–3 years of general dentistry experience and a desire to expand into surgical and implant‑based procedures. The doctor will initially focus on foundational surgical and restorative responsibilities including comprehensive treatment planning, extractions, alveoloplasty/reduction procedures, suturing, restorative workflows, delivery appointments, and patient care coordination. Early responsibilities will emphasize building confidence with full‑mouth treatment sequencing, surgical workflow efficiency, and advanced patient management. As skills and experience develop, the associate will progress through increasing levels of surgical participation and responsibility with mentorship and hands‑on training from Dr. Mike Golpa and the NexGen team. Implant placement experience is considered a plus, not required.
