Breakfast AttendantAs a Breakfast Attendant, you are responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. The role of the Breakfast Attendant is to be a key person of reference for guests while preparing and serving made to order food and beverage products in the hotel breakfast or reception area.This position may require flexible scheduling availability.Job Requirements:Cooking and assembling the breakfast service before mealtime and disassembling it thereafterEnsuring the breakfast service space remains well-stocked at all timesClearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tablesReceiving beverage orders and directing them to the kitchen, as neededProvide information and assistance to all guests and vendorsCleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each meal serviceEnsuring a wonderful experience from beginning to end while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanlinessJob Qualifications:Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievementMust be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessaryAbility to work well in stressful situationsReadily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest serviceThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
