Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Arizona license required for submission, or must have already applied and be able to provide ETA for license approval

Assignment Details

• Will float to other nearby facilities
• 5 days per week

Location Highlights

Cottonwood offers access to central Arizona outdoor recreation and regional attractions. Dead Horse Ranch State Park is located in Cottonwood, and Tuzigoot National Monument is about 3 miles from downtown, giving travelers convenient access to hiking and historic sites.
