Tax Advisor

Role Summary: Provide on-site tax preparation and customer support, preparing tax returns and delivering clear tax advice, calculations, and planning guidance. Assist customers in understanding their tax situations and working toward their financial goals, while also offering support for TurboTax products. Key Duties Prepare accurate tax returns for in-person customers. Provide tax advice, tax calculations, and tax planning guidance. Support customers with TurboTax product questions and troubleshooting. Educate customers on their tax circumstances and recommended next steps. Build and maintain relationships with local clients through community outreach and marketing. Support a positive in-store customer experience. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of tax preparation and tax concepts. Ability to explain complex tax information clearly and accurately. Customer-focused communication and relationship-building skills. Comfort providing in-person support and guidance.
