Sr. Business Analyst

Job Title

Absolute must haves:

• Serialization
• Pharma specifically
• SAP ATTP / S4 experience

1. Requirements:
   1. Review captured requirements and analyze and confirm user and functional requirements
   2. Engage in fit/gap analysis and requirements finalization
   3. Assess requirements impacts within Global Serialization & Traceability boundary applications and business processes
2. Design:
   1. Perform data analysis/mapping between S/4 HANA and Global Serialization & Traceability boundary applications based on requirements and solution design created
   2. Support development and documenting of Key Design Decisions (KDDs)
   3. Participate in RICEFW reviews and update business owned sections of Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
   4. Review design artifacts and documents associated with Global Serialization & Traceability boundary applications and business processes
   5. Review and socialize design and potential process changes with the Global Serialization & Traceability business team and stakeholders
3. Build:
   1. Support BPO during build demonstrations and verify requirements are accurately incorporated in the build
   2. Ensure end to end solution between Project BlueStream (S/4 HANA system) and Global Serialization & Traceability boundary applications meets business needs and requirements and meet serialization & traceability regulatory compliance requirements for various markets.
4. Testing:
   1. Support BPOs through various test cycles on Project BlueStream and Global Serialization & Traceability boundary applications implementations
   2. Lead UAT execution for Global Serialization & Traceability boundary application changes and collaborate with Project BlueStream testing teams on execution of end to end testing to confirm overall solution meets business needs and regulatory compliance requirements.
   3. Collaborate with the business to identify testers and business scenarios to be covered through UAT testing.
   4. Support Validation testing phases where required.
5. Cutover, Training and Hypercare:
   1. Prepare and execute business cutover plans.
   2. Support the development of business documentation and training content for updated serialization & traceability systems and business process incorporating S/4 HANA system

b. Deliverables :

Develop/ Update User Requirements Specification, Review Functional Requirements, Create/ Update Business Process Flows

Develop Data Process Maps, Key Design Decisions, Business Process Design Documentations

Develop UAT Test Plan, Test Scenarios and Scripts, Create Data Sets for UAT Testing.

Collaborate with Business Partners and IT to Develop User Acceptance Test Scenarios to Test Requirements as Outlined in the URS / Business Use Cases, Coordinate Execution and Generate Test Summary Reports

Summarize UAT Test Results According to Gilead Requirements Maintaining Traceability to User Requirements Within Gilead Testing Systems.

• Revise/ Develop Standard Operating Procedures & Policies as Required Per Change Implementations
• Participate in the Drafting, Reviewing, Signoff & Execution of Various Program & GMP Related Documents and Protocols, Including Process Maps, URS, FRS/DS, Test Specs, IQ, OQ, Integrated OQ & PQ, Relevant Summary Reports and Change Controls
