Must-Have:

• Competency documentation is current and easily located.
• Performs all quality control and preventative maintenance and documents on proper records.
• Accurately enters test results in lab computer system.
• Clearly documents action taken for critical values and unusual situations.
• Maintains neat, legible and organized records for test results, preventative maintenance, calibrations, and quality control.
• Completes appropriate action form for problems and notifies supervisor of the issues.

Description: CLS needed for night shifts from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Seeking a start date for 7/28 for a duration of 13 weeks. The position requires maintaining required records, reports, and statistics as directed. The candidate should have a commitment to quality and accurate documentation. The ability to discern and act on critical values is essential. Attention to detail in record-keeping and problem resolution is necessary. No floating is required for this position.
