We are partnering with a growing snack food company seeking a Wholesale Sales Specialist to develop new business and expand relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesale accounts.

Wholesale sales experience is required, including experience selling to major retailers. Candidates from other consumer product categories are welcome; food and beverage experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business with wholesale customers, distributors, and retail accounts across grocery, convenience, club, big-box, and off-price channels.
• Build relationships with buyers and purchasing teams to expand product placement and generate repeat business.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting and product presentations through pricing discussions, negotiations, and closing.
• Grow existing accounts through additional products, promotions, and broader distribution.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams on customer requirements, product availability, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide updates on account activity, forecasts, and new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Prior wholesale sales experience is required.
• Experience selling to major retail accounts, such as Walmart, Costco, grocery chains, convenience chains, or off-price retailers.
• Demonstrated success winning new accounts and growing existing customer relationships.
• Experience communicating directly with buyers, presenting products, and negotiating sales terms.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with ownership and internal teams.
• Food, beverage, snack, or broader consumer packaged goods experience is preferred.
