Receptionist/Data Entry/General Office Assistant
Qualifications:
*General office experience
*Pharmaceutical experience a plus
*Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency
*Ability to read, understand, and follow Company SOPs
*Ability to multi-task or change priorities as needed
*Ability to focus on detail and accuracy
*Highly developed written and verbal skills
*Excellent phone skills
*Strong organizational skills
*Good analytical and math skills
*Strong work ethic
*Positive attitude
*High school diploma or GED equivalent
Responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
*Entering ASN’s (Advance Ship Notice)
*Receptionist duties
*Filing/mail
*Answering phones
*Assisting vendors
*Maintaining Company salad bar
*Other duties as assigned
Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm.
