A valid CMT license in the state of Washington. About the Role: You know better than anyone that CMTs are essential members of a facility's medical team. Your role is to keep patients comfortable and on the road to recovery. Here are a few things you might do: Provide direct resident care services including medicine distribution to residents. Follow individualized plan of care for all residents. Assist to complete and maintain current individualized care plan for each resident.
