Lead Payroll Analyst

How you will make a difference As the Lead Payroll Analyst, you'll have a tremendously impactful role of day‑to‑day execution of a critical function: Payroll and accounting for the Company. You will also take leadership in refining payroll and financial reporting processes to support a high‑growth company that is expanding internationally. You’ll get to: Execute global payroll operational duties Work cross‑functionally to design scalable and efficient processes, with emphasis on automation and risk mitigation Be responsible for payroll systems and optimize configurations to maximize scalability and employee experience Process full‑cycle payroll operations for all domestic and international employees Contribute to the improvement of current operating procedures to reflect best‑in‑class practices Perform payroll reconciliations, month‑end close and related journal entries Ensure proper documentation, record‑keeping, and accounting for all payroll transactions including audit support Address payroll function related queries Ensure regulatory compliance and timely filings Enforce compensation policies regarding approval guidelines and documentation We are looking for people who have: Payroll operational experience at a high‑growth company Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and other widely adopted HRIS solutions (equity platforms a plus), including system implementation and design Meticulous attention to detail A keen focus on scale, end‑to‑end automation and evolving processes for scale and efficiency; AI familiarity Stakeholder and vendor management experience Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) Perks & Benefits: Paid parental leave Competitive salaries, meaningful equity, & 401(k) plan Medical, dental, vision, & life insurance Community Impact Days Fertility & Adoption Assistance Paid Sabbatical Flexible PTO Monthly Employee Wellness allowance Monthly Professional Development allowance Pre‑tax commuter benefits The U.S. base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $92,000 – $150,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific U.S. work location, as well as additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
