The Heritage Center and Horizon's rehabilitation is seeking a LICENSED PRN PTA to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide PTA services tailored to each patient's treatment plan in line with our mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
- State credentialing/licensure as required
- Experience in long term care and membership in professional organization is preferred
