Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, focused on providing in-home care to patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that address their specific goals and challenges.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and various modalities tailored to each patient's condition and recovery objectives.
• Implement evidence-based techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to facilitate recovery, manage pain, and restore functional abilities in patients.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention, emphasizing the importance of proper biomechanics and self-management techniques.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care that enhances patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus includes patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions, from postoperative rehabilitation following joint surgeries to those managing chronic pain or recovering from sports injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A valid and current California Physical Therapist License.

Compensation and Benefits
