Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and create effective Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs). \n
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of IFSPs, ensuring alignment with each child's unique requirements and family dynamics. \n
- Monitor and evaluate outcomes on an ongoing basis as a collaborative team member, adjusting strategies as needed to improve child progress. \n
- Provide emotional and educational support to families, guiding them through the early intervention process and equipping them with valuable tools and resources. \n
- Administer evidence-based assessments while adhering to Federal and State regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and quality care. \n
- Build strong rapport with children and families to create a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate additional services and support tailored to each child's needs. \n
This role directly supports young children, predominantly infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. A strong focus is placed on fostering developmental skills across various domains such as physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of children and their families as they navigate the challenges of early development.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health required. \n
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. \n
- A profound understanding and adaptability to various learning styles to effectively cater to the individual treatment plans of children. \n
- Diversity-inclusive practices and a commitment to Natural Learning Environment strategies are essential. \n

- A minimum of two years of experience in early intervention services working with children with developmental disabilities or delays. \n
- Experience implementing IFSPs within a community health setting. \n
- Proficient in using telehealth technologies and e-health platforms to facilitate assessments and family engagements. \n
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 80,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
