MIG WELDER- $23/HR- $33/HR- URGENT HIRING- START ASAP

We're looking for a skilled MIG Welder to help build high-quality agricultural equipment in a team-focused shop environment. If you enjoy hands-on fabrication, reading blueprints, and seeing your work come to life, we'd love to hear from you.

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding drawings.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts and equipment.
• Use shop tools such as saws, drill presses, and shears.
• Grind and finish welded parts to meet quality standards.
• Assist with material handling and general shop duties.
• Work on both small and large custom projects.

• Experience with MIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Strong fabrication and assembly skills.
• Comfortable working in all welding positions.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
