Qualifications:
- 2 - 4 years progressive F&B experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Marriott experience preferred
- Actively participate in operation
- Assists with scheduling, labor management, payroll review, and cost controls
- Supports banquet, restaurant, bar, breakfast and special event operations as needed
