[C]-Lead - Growth Process Transformation Level 1

Responsibilities: Growth Enablement Manager for Front Lines: Partner with sales to drive Common Minimum Practices of Sales, overseeing GTM planning, pipeline management, and performance analytics. Pipeline Management: Ensure pipeline hygiene, deal management, track pipeline health metrics, and provide relevant insights for sales and business leaders. Forecasting: Drive accurate booking forecasts and work towards achieving sales targets, conducting business reviews (QBRs, bookings reviews). Deal Qualification: Lead the deal qualification process in alignment with vertical strategy. Target Planning in Partnership with Finance: Collaborate with finance to align targets and activities, ensuring alignment with front-line teams. Account Prioritization & Strategy: Focus on white space mapping, service line prioritization, and ideate targeted outreach approaches to key accounts. Driving Inflows & Bookings: Implement sales pillars like ACM, Renewals, Partnerships, and TS Retail to drive business growth and bookings. Strategic Partner: Identify new growth areas and work with the broader ecosystem to explore and implement business development opportunities.
