Job Summary:

Join our team as an ESS Technician! You’ll install, program, test, and repair electronic safety and security systems for residential and commercial customers. This hands-on role includes troubleshooting, running cables, configuring devices, performing inspections, and ensuring systems work safely and reliably. You’ll also provide clear guidance to customers and maintain accurate documentation.

Pay & Career Growth:

• Apprentice / New Hire: $20–$21/hour
• Level 1 (0.5–2 yrs): $22–$23/hour
• Level 2 (3–5 yrs): $24–$27/hour
• Level 3 (6+ yrs): $28–$30/hour

Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and repair electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and test devices for proper operation.
• Run and terminate cables; read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Complete work orders and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Safely operate tools, lifts, and equipment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Networking experience required; multimeter experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
