Benefits Paid training - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Excellent pay – Our technicians earn $18 per hour during training. After training, with our performance-based pay plan, Zerorez Cleaning Technician earnings average $23-$26 per hour and top carpet cleaning technicians make $30-$40+ per hour! Qualifications Reliable transportation to get to work and a valid and insurable driver's license required. High school diploma or equivalent required. The ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including repetitive “push/pull” movements with heavy extraction equipment and moving/lifting at least 50 lbs. The ability to meet customer needs and "wowing" them with education on our services and spectacular customer service (do not need to generate own leads). The ability to perform essential job duties, including the cleaning and maintenance of both residential homes and commercial office environments. A desire to be the friendly face of the company while cleaning carpets, upholstery, tile, hardwood, rugs, and other surfaces. The ability to communicate well in English (both verbally and in writing). Zerorez hires the highest quality individuals to serve our customers. Candidates will be required to have acceptable results from a motor vehicle record review, criminal background check, and drug screening.
