We are currently seeking a reliable Assembly Technician with soldering experience to join a manufacturing team in Shelton, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a stable company and gain long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble small electronic components and parts
Perform soldering using hand tools and equipment
Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

Soldering experience REQUIRED
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read basic instructions or schematics
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
