Available Shifts & Pay

Part-Time (24-32 hours per week)

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $17.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $18.00/hour

Schedule Requirements

• Every other weekend
• Holiday rotation

Position Summary

As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to our residents while helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. You'll become an important part of a close-knit team dedicated to providing exceptional care in a comfortable, home-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Follow individualized resident care plans.
• Assist with or administer medications after completing training.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with the caregiving team to provide exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• No experience or license required-we provide paid, on-the-job training!
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Compassionate, dependable, and reliable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
