Now Hiring: Experienced Concrete Finishers who are experienced with bridge work. 

Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Immediate Openings | Florida

We're looking for skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing construction team. If you have experience placing, finishing, and repairing concrete on commercial, residential, or heavy civil projects, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Place, level, and finish concrete for foundations, slabs, sidewalks, curbs, walls, driveways, and other concrete structures.
• Screed, float, edge, broom, and trowel concrete to meet project specifications.
• Apply curing compounds and sealers as required.
• Build and strip forms when needed.
• Operate power trowels, vibrators, screeds, and other concrete finishing equipment.
• Repair and patch concrete surfaces.
• Read construction plans and follow grade elevations and layout marks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of concrete finishing experience preferred.
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BRIDGEWORK
• Experience with commercial, residential, or heavy civil concrete projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand concrete specifications.
• Knowledge of finishing techniques, curing methods, and concrete placement procedures.
• Experience operating power finishing equipment.
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Florida.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Florida's heat and changing weather conditions.
