Lean Automotive Plant Operations Leader

Revere-Plastics-Systems seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency for automotive plastics production. You will guide production, maintenance, scheduling and logistics while driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage a high‑performing team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to meet targets.
