You'll collaborate with teams across profiles, sanding, packaging, and shipping, ensuring our cabinet doors meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers. Salary: $23.50-28.50 per hour, pay based on experience Schedule: Monday- Friday, 6:00-2:30 PM, overtime may be required based on business needs. Overtime Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm, Saturdays if business needs require. We Offer You! Must be qualified to coordinate and lead the implementation of improvements within their department. Conduct regular 5S audits to ensure the department has all the required tools and is being maintained according to the 5S principles. Understands quality expectations and works with all team members to ensure quality procedures are being followed and standard work is being followed. Must be flexible with hours across all shifts to train and coach.
