Physical Therapist Leader - Rehab & Discharge Planning
PACS Group, Inc.
Westgate Gardens Care Center in Visalia, CA, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in a full-time role. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with families, physicians, and staff. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Masters or Doctorate preferred), active state licensure, and the ability to supervise PT assistants and maintain accurate documentation in Casamba and Point Click Care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
