• Mon & Wed weekly plus 2-3 Fridays monthly, 4-8 hour shifts
• 1-5 admissions per day initially expanding to 8-12 at full census
• Inpatient psychiatric facility
• No procedures except suture/staple removal
• Coverage for new unit opening and expansion
• On-call 8am-3pm with no callbacks
