Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying their strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' therapy goals and assessment outcomes, incorporating client feedback throughout the process.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each client’s specific situation.

• Monitoring and documenting clients' therapeutic progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure efficacy and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York state.
