Our Values:/pulliPut Patients First/liliEmpower Entrepreneurial Provider and Care Teams/liliOperate with Integrity Excellence/liliBe Innovative/liliWork As One Team/li/ulpWhat Youll Do/pulliAssists physicians, nurses, and other medical staff by performing administrative and clinical duties under the direction of a physician/liliAdministrative duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records/liliClinical duties may include, such as preparing a treatment room for patient exams, recording patient medical history, and cleaning and sterilizing medical equipment/liliEscort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document all information in the patients chart/liliInterviews patients to obtain their medical history/liliRecords patient medical history, vital statistics, and test results in patient medical files/liliMust be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills in a fast-pace environment/liliGood verbal and written communication skills/liliBe able to prioritize workload while remaining flexible/liliMay be required to work overtime to meet tight deadlines/li/ulpQualifications/pullistrongMust be bilingual in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) OR Spanish/strong/liliOne (1) or more years of experience working as a Medical Assistant/liliActive and unrestricted Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in California preferred/liliHigh school diploma or GED/li/ulpYoure great for this role if:/pulliAbility to maintain confidentiality following HIPAA/liliDemonstration of mature judgment/liliAttention to detail, organized, ethical, and reliable/liliAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous and friendly manner/li/ulpEnvironmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions/pulliThe national target pay range for this role is $21 - $26 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors./liliThis role follows an onsite work structure where the expectation is to work onsite 5 days a week.
