The Role

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Technician who takes ownership of their work and brings consistency, attention to detail, and professionalism to every job.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Installing residential HVAC systems (with occasional light commercial work)
• Completing installs cleanly, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Communicating clearly with your lead and customers
• Solving problems in the field with practical, customer-focused solutions
• Keeping accurate records (model/serial numbers, materials, job notes)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who shows up ready to work, takes pride in what you do, and holds yourself accountable.

Qualifications:

• HVAC installation experience preferred 
• EPA certification and 06A Electrical License (or trainee card) preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Clean driving record
• Physically capable of handling the demands of the trade
