Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel RN to join our Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to individuals in a 37-bed telemetry and surgical unit. You will work independently, exhibiting strong critical thinking skills as you assess patient needs and provide appropriate interventions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vitals and telemetry for heart patients.
• Administer medication and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Perform central line insertions and manage medication drips.
• Assist with heart catheter recovery and bubble studies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current telemetry hospital experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications.
• Prior experience in large teaching facilities is preferred.
• Meditech experience is a plus.
