Project Manager, Enterprise Information Systems

Job Description & ResponsibilitiesPersistent Systems is seeking a Project Manager for Enterprise Information Systems to join our growing team. As a Project Manager, you will be a critical member of the Program Management Office (PMO), supporting enterprise-wide initiatives across information systems integration, data management, security, and operational efficiencies. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective delivery of enterprise system capabilities that support business objectives.Position ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise information system project initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and compliance requirementsManage planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of system integration, data governance, and application enhancement projectsDemonstrates familiarity with ERP, CRM, and enterprise data platforms to ensure effective integration and alignment across organizational systemsCoordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Operations, Product Management, and external vendorsDrive Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies based on program needsMaintain project documentation including charters, schedules, risk registers, budgets, and communicationsCollaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure solutions meet business and technical objectivesSupport enterprise data architecture initiatives including data flow analysis, system mapping, and integration planningIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and quality standards are maintainedFacilitate communication between technical teams and leadership, providing reporting and updates on project progressSupport compliance, security, and Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation processes as neededJob Qualifications & Experience Minimum Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or relatable technical discipline equivalent experience2+ years of experience managing enterprise systems or information technology projectsFamiliarity with ERP, CRM, and enterprise data platformsExperience with system integration, data management, or enterprise architecture initiativesProficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similarStrong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologiesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and shifting prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ProjectAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeAbility to obtain United States Secret security clearancePreferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certificationMaster’s degree in information systems, engineering, or business administration (MBA)Experience implementing project management processes in larger organizationsExperience with data governance frameworks or enterprise architecture methodologiesExperience in high-growth or highly technical environmentsUnderstanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirementsExperience with Power BI or similar data analytics tools for project and system reportingThe base pay for this role can vary from $102,000 to $133,000 a year based on individual qualifications. Eligibility for yearly discretionary bonus.
