Structural Design Revit Engineering Specialist

Specialist for our Building Structural Group in the Philadelphia and/or Douglassville Office. You will work on a wide variety of meaningful projects with engineering and design needs which will challenge you. Key Responsibilities include: Perform related drawing development using REVIT and or AutoCAD on building projects. Support drawing preparation for layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of architectural and engineering designs. Formatting drawings to client standards using several software. Creating BIM models using REVIT. Collaborate with other production team members. Have an understanding of engineering and architectural documentation and preparation of structural drawings. Must be able to work in a group setting and monitor projects for standards compliance and general modeling errors. Review BIM models for design coordination issues. Required Experience: Associate's Degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant experience providing plan preparation and project deliverable drawings and files for building structures and foundations. Significant design experience with REVIT (please be prepared to show samples). Ability to solve problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision. Work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills are a must.
