This is an excellent opportunity to manage projects from concept through construction while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.What You'll DoManage civil engineering projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction support.Lead the preparation of engineering plans, specifications, technical reports, and calculations.Design and oversee land development projects involving site grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and site improvements.Manage public infrastructure projects including roadway improvements, water distribution, wastewater collection, and municipal utility systems.Coordinate with clients, contractors, municipalities, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout project delivery.Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and fee proposals.Monitor project performance, maintain quality standards, and ensure successful project execution.Mentor junior engineers and technical staff while supporting their professional development.Ensure projects comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.5+ years of civil engineering experience.Strong background in land development, site design, municipal engineering, or public infrastructure.Experience with grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and permitting.Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar civil engineering software.Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.Preferred ExperienceProject management and team leadership experience.Business development or client relationship management.Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, or municipal projects.Why Explore This Opportunity?Competitive compensation based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefitsPaid time off and company holidaysProfessional development and continuing education supportOpportunity to lead impactful projects from start to finishCollaborative culture with clear opportunities for advancement into senior leadership
