Job Details:

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient physical therapy clinics, familiarity with documentation standards and treatment planning.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include executing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, documenting care accurately and promptly, and participating in professional development activities.
