They are committed to your success and well-being and offer competitive benefits packages, salaries, bonus/award programs, and a high potential for professional growth and job opportunities world-wide.Why Should You Be Interested?Direct hire full-time positionCompetitive base salary and comprehensive benefitsMid-size company with room for growthPosition Title: Project ManagerPosition Location: Full-time on-site at Kenner Army Health Clinic (KAHC), Fort Lee, VADaily Responsibilities:Leads IT project execution, service delivery, and mission support operations.Serves as the primary local Government POC for project performance, risk management, and communications.Provides local leadership for project governance, resource integration, and successful execution of mission objectives.Oversees the administration of network, user accounts, and end-user hardware.Leads cross-functional technical teams to deliver integrated solutions that support mission readiness and customer requirements.Ensures compliance with contractual requirements, DoW policies, cybersecurity standards, and organizational objectives.Required Years of Experience (min):Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiencyRequired Degree/Certifications:Bachelor's degree and/or equivalencyPMI, PMP, or equivalentITIL 4 FoundationRequired Experience & Expertise in the following areas:Experience managing IT projects supporting DoW or other Federal organizations, including project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and service deliveryExperience leading cross-functional technical teams and coordinating project resources to deliver critical IT services while serving as the primary interface with stakeholdersExperience serving as a central coordinator for service delivery across multiple support areas, ensuring service requests, outages, and hardware requirements are prioritized, tracked, and resolved to support continuous operationsRequired Clearance:Tier 3 background investigationPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: TBDPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
