**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to enhance their mobility and strength.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Administer medications and manage health-related tasks as needed, following care plans and instructions.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Recognize and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition to healthcare professionals or family members.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and adhere to client care plans and agency policies.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for yourself and clients.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in caregiving or relevant certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a related field preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, if required for client transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain).
