General Laborer / Entry-Level Installer

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM $23hr

We're looking for a General Laborer / Entry-Level Installer to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with construction or labor experience who wants to learn specialized installation skills and build a long-term career in commercial construction.

You'll work alongside experienced installers on commercial job sites, helping install skylights, wall systems, canopies, and other building products.

• Assist with installing skylights, canopies, and wall systems
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation
• Help with sealing, flashing, and waterproofing systems
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
• Use hand tools and basic construction equipment
• Follow directions from supervisors and experienced team members
• Work with the team to complete projects safely and on schedule

• At least 1 year of construction or general labor experience
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Basic experience with hand tools

• Experience installing building products or structural components
• Interest in learning commercial installation skills
• Desire to grow into a long-term construction career

• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to work on active commercial construction sites
• Commitment to following all safety procedures

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
