Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for promoting Redzone Training Center’s programs, generating new business, and supporting client retention. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting in-person and phone sales outreach, presenting service offerings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The specialist will collaborate with the training team to understand program offerings, assist in developing marketing campaigns, participate in local events or outreach activities, and provide ongoing customer service to ensure a positive client experience. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed targets. Experience in Training or working with training programs, with the ability to clearly explain offerings and benefits. Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX and engage in face-to-face client interactions. Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and office productivity software. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred.
