Physical Therapist needed for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility in Moses Lake, Washington. Start date: 09/14/2026 for 17 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,555 to $2,620 per week. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of residents’ physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized plan of care focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Perform therapeutic interventions including gait training, therapeutic exercise, ROM, strengthening, and functional training
- Monitor progress, document treatment sessions, and adjust plans based onResident response and interdisciplinary input
- Collaborate with the clinical team (nursing, OT, speech, social work) to optimize discharge planning and progression toward goals

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Washington state
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting and manage a caseload
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
- Availability to commit to a 17-week assignment and 35 hours per week
