**Exciting Opportunity for a Night Shift Laboratory Technician!** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic team as a Laboratory Technician on the night shift! - Shift Hours: 7 PM - 7 AM - NO CALL, NO FLOATING, and NO BLOCK SCHEDULING - Enjoy a work-life balance with no 48-hour shifts! **Requirements:** - Preferred MLT (ASCP/AMT) certification - Associate’s degree in lab science or MLT, or equivalent education and training - 5+ years of laboratory experience - Demonstrate critical thinking skills, judgment, and leadership in laboratory technology **Scope of the Role:** - Perform work in one or more divisions of the clinical laboratory - Obtain data to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease - Responsible for efficient planning, directing, and accurate provision of laboratory testing for inpatients and outpatients - Adhere to laboratory policies, procedures, and regulatory standards **Additional Details:** - Scrubs: Any color - EMR System: MedHost - Must include RTO and start date with every submission - Submit permanent home address and SS# **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
