Join a well-established, physician-led anesthesia group serving Northern California with a reputation for clinical excellence, strong retention, and long-standing hospital partnerships .

Practice Highlights

• Independent group with 50+ board-certified anesthesiologists & intensivists
• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1:4 Call
• Broad case mix: general, ortho, neuro, trauma
• No cardiac or high-acuity pediatrics
• No CRNA supervision required

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential 645K+
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
