Senior Accountant
We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support the accounting and finance function through accurate financial reporting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and process improvements. This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of financial data, supporting audits, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
- Prepare financial reports and support management reporting needs.
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and special finance projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Partner with departments across the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- CPA or CPA-track preferred.
